Popup Maker popup not opening on mobile

I have an issue with smartphone : when i click on Button, popup Maker does’nt open Popup

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Popup Maker has an option to disable the popup on mobile devices.
Could you perhaps check if this setting is enabled?

If it's not enabled, could you maybe send us a link to your site?
We would like to see if we can find out why it's not opening on mobile devices.

Thanks for the link.

I took a look at your sites and it looks like the first site, https://trouvix.fr, has the "Disable this popup on mobile devices" setting enabled.

Could you check the popup settings again and see if the Disable this popup on mobile is really off/disabled?
Also make maybe sure that you click on publish button on the publish button just in case.

The second site, https://concours-atsem.fr, doesn't have this setting enabled and it looks like it's working correctly on our phones.

You are right.
However, it was not checked in firefox but it was unchecked in chrome. A cach problem ?
All is ok !
