Buttons not loading on iPhone since 2.07 update

Hi
A WhatsApp button which worked fine on iPhone and Android with version 2.06 now seems to only work on Android since updating to 2.07 - checked not loading on iPhone 5S and 6S.

Any ideas please?
No cache plugin installed.

I've tested the Whatsapp button and it seems to link to the correct page. Is the phone number correct and in the correct format as Whatsapp suggests?

Omit any zeroes, brackets or dashes when adding the phone number in international format.

As you said, it works for Android & desktop (just tested it), personally I do not own an iPhone.

I do see that they've changed the url suggestion from 'api.whatsapp.com' to 'wa.me' in the documentation, so that's something for us to look at, but shouldn't be the problem as it redirects to the same page.

Thanks for the reply Jasper. I may not have phrased my original query as clearing as I could.

The button appears where it should and functions perfectly on Android devices. However, the button does not appear at all now on iPhone and iPad devices since updating to v2.07. It worked fine on v2.06.

Is it possible to revert to v2.06 to test it again?

Thank you for the extra information. A few collegues have tried to reproduce the problem, but it seemed that Buttonizer loaded on both iPhones without any problems (browser was Safari, see the screenshot below).

What browser do you use, also Safari? And what is the browser version? Then we can do more tests 🙂

The WhatsApp button has miraculously returned to my iPhone 6S 🙂
It still doesn't appear on my very old iPad 2 but it does appear on newer iPad models so I think we can mark this ticket as solved/closed.
