Shortcodes in URL

Hi,

I have a shortcode that provides a dynamic portion of my URL. I've tried it on a button but it does not work. Is it possible to add a filter to Buttonizer to make it process shortcodes?

Something like:

add_filter( 'buttonizer_buttons', 'do_shortcode' );

At the moment we do not support shortcodes (yet), but this is an interesting idea.

How would you suggest to see shortcodes implemented into Buttonizer?

Thanks for the reply. I think the implementation is fairly straightforward. Basically, when entering a URL for the button, Buttonizer is looking for an absolute URL and does not process shortcodes.

As an example of how I would use this feature, instead of entering;
https://mysite.com/page-url

I would enter
[siteurl]/page-url

My shortcode is returning the current multisite blog for the user.
