Preference does not have disable ajax option

My buttons load extremely slow. This article has a solution that I think might work:
We have added an option under Preferences called "Use ajax on to load the buttons".
Disabling this option will make Buttonizer not use ajax to load in the buttons.

My preferences does not have this option.

Any ideas?

We had removed this preference option since it is no longer needed since version 3.0. We will update our knowledge base soon so that it is up to date.

The slow button loading that you are currently experiencing is due to a server issue we are currently having.

We will let you know once we have fixed this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience!
