Buttonizer is available on a variety of platforms. You can edit Buttonizer inside all these platforms, but also via our original editor.
These extended features, such as selecting WordPress pages in our WordPress plugin, are platform depended. Our standalone editor does not have capabilities to receive and load data of the original platform you were using while setting up these buttons.
In these cases, if you want to edit that button or page rule, you'll receive a message that you have to open it on the platform you have set it up earlier.
This way we prevent that you do not unintentionally break settings you have set up earlier successfully.
Opening our platform-specific editor
If you're a WordPress user, open our WordPress plugin and click on 'Edit buttons'.
If you're a Shopify user, open our Shopify app and click 'Edit buttons'.
I really need to change it
Of course, we do accept forcing changes. If you change the action, you can reclaim the field and disconnect it from its platform-specific value.
For page rules, you can change the type to a non-platform specific value. Such as URL or path.
