Button not displaying on home page

If I have the button display on all site pages it shows up on the homepage, but as soon as I set page rules to determine which pages it displays on it stops displaying on the homepage even though that is included in the list of pages.

Have tried the page rules both from an inclusion list and exclusion list approach and no matter what I do, it doesn't display on the homepage. It displays on the other pages as intended.

Please help!

To be able to help you, could you let me know if you are using the page rule type Page or Path? Also, which operator are you using?

If you're using Page, can you let me know the site where your issue appears? Then I can try debugging this on you.

If you're using Path, it mostly helps to have it set to / (slash only) as this is the root of the domain.

I've tried it with Page mostly. I can try some stuff with Path but that hadn't been working very well either.

I'm running it through WordPress, the page is https://pathtoagility.com/

Could you perhaps send us a screenshot of the Page rule that your button is using?

The 'Path to Agility' page, is the homepage.

I've tried it both this way and also by doing a Page>isn't any of>the pages I don't want it to display on. In either case it does not display the button on the home page.

Could you try to set up your page rule like this?

Set the conditions to be "(OR) One or more conditions must be met"
Add Path -> is -> /

This should make it so that the page rule will trigger when the user is on any of the pages you've selected on the first condition or if the path is just / which should be the homepage of your site.

Be sure to publish the changes you've made.
It may also take a minute or 2 for the changes to appear on the frontend of the site since our server caches the published settings.
