How does this plugin affect load time of the website and can it be loaded asynchronous. If not, is there a plugin or any you can recommend to make it load asynchronous?

  • Hi cascade992 , this week we have updated the plugin to version 2.1. It now has an option to turn off the ajax requests and instantly show Buttonizer.

However, this option is in not perfect yet and needs a lot of improvement, we will improve this feature in newer versions of Buttonizer!

Let me know what you think 🙂

Hi cascade992 ! Welcome to the forums!

At the moment we only support a late request when the page is loaded. But, we're working on the 2.1 version where we're building this feature in, so the buttons can be cached by WordPress and appear instantly. We hope it will be available within a few months as this will be a big dashboard update & feature release.

We hope it will be available in one of the first months of 2020, we'll let you know as soon we update our plugin to the 2.1 release! 🙂

thanks, can you elaborate on any known issues about disabling ajax?

Hi cascade992 ! Since the update from yesterday (version 2.1.2) this feature has been improved and now works with page rules too!

I also have updated some data management. Those were the last few issues I knew. For now it's testing, waiting for the results and get feedback from people who are using it 🙂

I don't think the feature will be used by a lot of people for now, most people don't mind the AJAX request and don't know about this new feature.
