I am using WordPress & Elementor Pro. I created one group with three buttons. Everything looks good as long as I'm logged in to my site, but when I view my site not logged in, either on desktop or mobile, there is no button.

It sounds like you may have a caching plugin installed. Most caching plugins have a feature that makes it only cache the site for visitors that are not logged in so that the developers can make changes to the site without immediately making it visible for the public.

Could you maybe try to empty the cache and see if you will be able to see the buttons? I would also try visiting it using an incognito window after clearing the cache since the browser can also cache the site.

No, it didn't. I guess I'll just create my own buttons
