James Hi alice , Thanks for reaching out to us! It looks like it might be an issue with your caching plugin, Autoptimize. Could you try to perhaps clear the cache and then open your site on an incognito tab and see if the buttons appear then?
James Solved in a private ticket: Apologies for that, we had some server issues during the night. Those are fixed now. We have an update scheduled for the end of November or beginning of December that will solve a lot of these issues and the overall stability of our application, so stay tuned for that - @Jasper
