Buttonizer running from Admin.php

Hi all,

We from IT have just installed buttonizer for the marketing department.
They don't have admin rights and using the webmaster role.
When they try to use buttonizer they are getting an error.
This error is not present when you have the role of Administrator.

This is error the webmasters are getting;
ERROR:
Bad Request

Function place: Buttonizer.loadSettings().error

I think the reason is that Buttonizer is running from admin.php which only administrators can reach.
Other plugins like woocommerce all run via the edit.php and that can be assigned to a role.

Is there a way to make it work for the employees with a webmaster role.
We don't want to give them administrator right so they don't mess up the website.

Brian Hi Brian, thank you for using Buttonizer and your feedback! That's a good point!

At the moment we do not yet support some kind of user roles for user groups to manage Buttonizer. But I do like the idea to add that in the future. Do you use a plugin for managing user permissions for a plugin, or is what you meant build in into WooCommerce?

The bad request doesn't sound an error that comes from WordPress, that should be something like not enough permissions or something like that and may comes from your webserver. Unless you use another WordPress plugin that keeps an eye on permissions (or some kind of security plugin).

If you go to the console, are you able to check the URL that gives the error?
