We currently offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee on the initial purchase for our subscriptions purchased through the Buttonizer dashboard. To be eligible for a refund, we require a request for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
To process a refund, reach out to us by creating a ticket.
Note: When you purchase a subscription, you agree to a rolling subscription with periodic billing (e.g., annual billing). You can stop making payments at any time by canceling your subscription but, beyond the initial 14-day cancellation period, you will not receive a refund for payments already made, such as renewals. When you cancel your subscription, your license will continue until the next payment is due, at which point it will end.
