Thanks for the screenshot! Looking at it, I think the issue is due to the condition of the group.
Since you want to show the button/group on two different page and want to trigger the rules separately, you need to set the condition to OR. Otherwise both rules must be met before the Page Rule is triggered.
Can you try to change the group condition to OR and publish your changes? I think that should do the trick 🙂
