Popup Maker Not working

Hi, I linked my buttons to popup maker popups using the included code, but when I click, I simply receive the "#popupmakerzpnWuc9HK0gPK9y" string attached to my URL string.

The click to call function works perfectly, so I'm at a bit of a loss..

Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forums and Happy New Year! 🥳

I did a quick test on our site and this issue seems to happen if Popup Maker doesn't have the Buttonizer trigger or the popup is set to not display on pages.

Could you perhaps check your popup's Targeting and Trigger settings and send us a screenshot?

Looks like the brackets were getting stripped out. Everything seems to be back to normal now though! Thanks for the follow up.

Hey, how did you resolve it ? I have the same problem. Popupmaker not working, all the right and necessary steps taken, but i end up with the string attached to the url with no pop
