I upgraded my plan but my site is still not working

I reached the maximum quota of the pro plan, so I paid for the expert plan, even so it appears to me that I already reached the limit.

Thanks for reaching out to us and reporting the issue!

I think the best way to resolve this is by reconnecting the subscription to the site, then the site will be unlocked. I've checked your account and saw you've recreated the site and connected the subscription already, do you still neet assistance?

We'll make sure to fix this behaviour for the future since this should work instant 🙂
