Why use the Timeout, Scrolling, and/or Exit intent features?
We have created these features to increase conversions by getting a user's attention.
We have already realized adding a subtle animation increases clicks! 🤩
These 3 visual components can be found under a Button Group's settings:
1. Timeout - you can decide after how many seconds you want Buttonizer to be shown (or hidden!).
Tip: Show Buttonizer a little later; it draws more attention when it appears later.
For example, in the screenshot below, the button will start as hidden, and will automatically appear in 3 seconds.
Note, since "Trigger only once" is disabled, it will behave like this on every page load (i.e. the button will be hidden and then show after 3 seconds). If you want it to have this effect only on the first load for a user's visit, you can enable this toggle.

In the example below, the button will start as visible, and then will automatically hide in 10 seconds.
Note, since "Trigger only once" is disabled, it will behave like this on every page load (i.e. the button will show and then hide after 10 seconds). If you want it to only show the button once during the user's entire visit, you can enable this toggle; keep in mind, the button won't appear again for the rest of the user's visit. This may make sense for any use cases where you just want to show a one-time notification to a user.

2. Scroll - Decide on what percentage (from the top) of your website you want Buttonizer to be shown.
3. Exit intent - Animation when the website visitor is inactive or has the intention of leaving the website. So when the visitor moves his mousepad to the left corner (Apple) right corner (Windows) there pops up an ‘exit intent’
Note: the exit intent will not trigger in the dashboard mode, but only on the live page
Note: you can use both "Trigger when leaving browser window" and "Trigger on inactivity (2 minutes)’’ at the same time.
