I've checked your account and found out one of our emails had bounced in the past. Since then your email address was added to our
suppression list to make sure our email receive/bounce score doesn't get negatively impacted. This is an automated system.
I've removed your email address from our suppression list and unmarked your account as bounced. You should now receive emails from us again. I've send a test message via the form and we no longer receive a bounce, can you verify the email was received?
We'll investigate how we can improve this behaviour and work on a way to unmark your account as bounced yourself after fixing the email issues.
