Phone Call number is not working on iOS 15 or less

We are using a phone call number button and it works well with exception of iOS 15 or less Apple Devices (iPad and iPhone).
Instead of trying to make the call the list of buttons just collapses.

We tested our call button action on an Iphone 11 running on IOS 15 and it seems to work correctly on our end.

There are a couple reasons that I could think of when the call button does not work.

It could be something browser specific. Some browsers can have settings to deny opening apps or when using incognito mode. Try different browsers to see if the same issue occurs.
There is no default call app on the phone settings. Perhaps it could be that the phone lost it's default app setting so it does not open anything.

Let me know if any of these reasons could be the cause of the issue. If not, could you maybe send us a link to your site and which browser were you using?

We will then try to reproduce the issue on our end and see if we can find out what's causing the issue. 😃
