Instant messaging button not working!

I installed Buttonizer plugin to my Word Press and set it all up but now i get a message like this:
Sorry, we are unable to open Facebook Messenger!
Check the console for more information.

I had a test version of my website first, just in another folder www.domain.com/test. It worked well there until i made copy of my WP theme and installed everything to my actual website. Actual website is on a same domain in public_html. Everything looks great, but the instant messaging is not working anymore.

I also found that line in Google Chrome console. Maybe it helps.
Refused to display in a frame because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors https://www.facebook.com/"."

What have i done wrong and how can i fix this thing?

If you've done the steps above and the messenger chat box still does not appear, here's a list on why it might not be working:

Your Facebook Page is in private. The chat box will not appear if the Facebook Page is set to private.
Check if your site has the script:
<script async defer src="https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js"></script>
A plugin or theme might be including Facebook's old SDK. It conflicts with the new SDK and doesn't let the chat box appear.
Using a localhost or IP address.
Accidentally not clicking the save button after whitelisting the site.

could you perhaps send us a link to your site?
We would like to take a look and see if we can find out what's causing the issue. 🙂

James where exactly can i find that script? Im thinking that might be the case. Others not so much because my business facebook page is for everyone to see and im sure i have whitelisted my domain name correctly.
The domain name is www.puitporand.ee

I took a look at your site and didn't find the script that could conflict with messenger.

But it seems like your button doesn't have your Facebook page saved:

Could you check if you've saved the settings?

Could also perhaps send us a screenshot of your button settings?

Hi!

Im sorry i was delaying with my replay, but now again i started investigating the problem.
So i made a screenshot of my Buttonizer settings.
The weird thing is that the Facebook ID i enter (and ofcourse publishing) will allways disappear after refreshing the page.

Ok, it looks like i have fixed it myself. The problem was with whitelisting in Facebook Advanced Messaging. One with www and one without. I deleted one without the www perfix and it started to work.

Suggestion to others:

Don't try to whitelist your domain in different variations e.g. https://www.domain.com and https://domain.com. They probably will conflict each other.
