Visibility Issues On Mobile

Hi Buttonizer Support,

I am wondering if you can help us please.

We have enabled the 'Contact us' group of buttons for mobile however it is not showing.
We have tested this on multiple mobile devices but it is not working.
The button remains visible on desktop but not mobile.

Please kindly advise.

I've checked your site and found Buttonizer on desktop and mobile devices (a yellow button on the right). Were you able to fix the issue?

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. It's possible that, since you are signed in as an admin and the site is not cached, you saw Buttonizer. After purging the cache, other devices that are not logged in will also see Buttonizer (such like your phone).

Yes, we are certain that's what the issue was now. We were using WP-Rocket and have since cleared the cache.

Could you try visiting your site on incognito mode on mobile and see if the button still does not appear then?
If your site also has a caching plugin installed, clear the cache first before visiting the site on incognito mode.

Please let us know if the button shows up on incognito mode! 😄
