Marc Hey guys! We are having a issue with the plugin only on mobile, the buttons arent showing up on mobile, after testing it via "search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly" we could get a error message as showed bellow: Buttonizer: OH NO! ERROR: 'Forbidden'. That's all we know... Please check your PHP logs or contact Buttonizer support if you need help. https://mi.castecnologia.com.br/wp-content/plugins/buttonizer-multifunctional-button-premium/assets/frontend__premium_only.js?v=2d3122b037d996d22c41158f40c7f2d3&ver=5.3.2:13 And Buttonizer: Visit our community on https://community.buttonizer.pro/ https://mi.castecnologia.com.br/wp-content/plugins/buttonizer-multifunctional-button-premium/assets/frontend__premium_only.js?v=2d3122b037d996d22c41158f40c7f2d3&ver=5.3.2:13 Inside the plugin every button is configured to show on both displays and everything was working out normal before we bought the premium version, after that the mobile buttons stoped working. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

James Hi Marc , Welcome to the forums! 🥳 I took a look at your site and it seems that Buttonizer's ajax requests to get the button data are being blocked. Is your wp-admin directory perhaps protected by a password? Please let us know! 😀
Marc Hi! Thanks for the fast response! 😃 Oh i see.. Yeah, we blocked access for that directory from outside our network. Is there an IP, directory or file that we should make an exception for it?
James Marc , Buttonizer uses the Ajax functionality in WordPress. Meaning that it uses admin-ajax.php which is located in the wp-admin directory. I believe that whitelisting the admin-ajax.php should make Buttonizer work again. 🤔 Please let me know that works!
