Botón flotante no visible

Hola! Ya tenía instalado el plugin en wordpress, pero lo he cambiado, antes era de llamada y ahora de chat de whatsapp, está actualizado pero no consigo que aparezca en la web, sigue apareciendo el anterior botón de llamada.

I took a look at your site and it looks like it is actually using another Buttonizer account on the site.

If you are using the Buttonizer plugin, you could disconnect the account that is currently linked in the plugin. Then reconnect using your current account to make your new buttons show up on the site.

To disconnect the account from the plugin, go to the WordPress Buttonizer plugin page. Then go to the plugin settings.
Scroll down and you should be able to find the Disconnect button.

Let me know if you were able to connect your current account to the plugin. 😄

Muchas gracias por tu respuesta.

¿Hay alguna opción de chat para la cual no se necesite tener nada instalado? Con la opción de WhatsApp veo que si la persona no tiene descargado/instalado WhatsApp no podría enviarnos un mensaje, se ve obligado a descargarla para poder escribirnos.

There are a couple of options that you could perhaps use that doesn't make people require to install an app.

Facebook Messenger Chat Widget.
With the chat widget, the visitor of your site does not need to install anything on their end. They can have a live chat with you as a guest so they also do not need to have a Facebook account.
SMS/Email
You could also maybe use either the SMS button action or the Email action. Most users would already have an email app and an sms app by default.
