Staging not working

Hi there,
after creating a staging copy (with siteground) the buttonizer plugin has stopped to work!
I have a made a simple test: I deleted one button, but it is still there. Then I have made a second test: I created a button, but it is not showing up.
I have tried to deactivate the plugin and activate it again, but nothing change, the plugin doesn't make any changing in the buttonizer code in staging mode.
Please can you help me with this?

Thanks for your patience!

It seems like it might be that after making a staging copy, Buttonizer isn't saving the new data correctly. 🤔

Could I ask you a couple of thing to make the source of issue clearer?

After creating a button, when you reload, does it disappear of does it stay in the dashboard?
Is the issue only on the staging site or is it also happening on the main site?
Could you take a look in the console log after you make some changes and see if there's any errors that appears?
Could you also send us a screenshot of the log?

I answer your points:

button disappear
only in staging

so I was thinking, when I finish with the editing of my staging copy and I upload the new version in the main site, if I don't have the same problems I will make the final changes in the main site.
