Onboarding cannot be completed

Hello.

When I tried to start using it, the following error occurred and I was unable to complete the setup.

Help me.

The request has failed because the Buttonizer API wasn't reachable. Maybe your provider has blocked outgoing requests to our API or the Buttonizer API is down for maintenance. Please try again later or contact us if the error persists. (Error code: buttonizer_api_not_reachable)

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We currently do not have any known issues or maintenance on our side.

Can you try to go to the WordPress Site Health page? You can find that by going to the WordPress Admin dashboard, then open Tools and select Site Health. Let the status report generate and check if there any results that could cause this issue, for example the test HTTP requests seem to be working as expected.

It is possible that your provider blocks outside connections (to other servers) or the PHP is not correctly configurated. But that should be visible in these tests.
