Hey @Luke100 ,
Thanks for your question!
When you enter a domain like buttonizer.pro
, all subdomains are automatically allowed to load in. For example, community.buttonizer.pro
will also be allowed to load in the buttons. However, a domain like google.com
is not allowed to load in the buttons.
If the subdomains are under your own domain, Buttonizer should work instantly. If that's not the case, you can check out your site-domain. If you have www.
in the domain set on Buttonizer, you'll need to remove it and save your changes. Otherwise only subdomains under the www.
are allowed (for example subdomain.www.mydomain.com
will work). You can find more examples here: https://community.buttonizer.pro/knowledgebase/919-buttonizer-locked-to-domains
If the subdomains are under a whole new domain and you want to use the same Buttonizer instance, the only way is by upgrading to Agency where secondary domains for a single site is allowed. You can read more about this here: https://community.buttonizer.pro/knowledgebase/2050-adding-secondary-domains-agency
Good to know: Agency plans can be connected to an unlimited amount of websites. All other plans are for a single site.
Let me know if this helps 🙂
