Can you explain the Analytics data? For example, why are there two page views?

Can anyone help explain what these four mean, I'm a little confused as to why there are two page views.

Thanks for reaching out! If you notice in the top right corner, the data is based on the filter chosen. In this case, it's set to "Last 7 days" by default. The page views listed on the right-hand side always show you page views for the current month.

The other stats are also based on the same filter (last 7 days). So you have 21 clicks so far out of 2,863 views, which is a conversion/click rate of 0.73%.

So what does this page view mean?

That number always shows your page views for the current month, regardless of your chosen date filter. For example, since today is August 18th (in the US), you've had over 6,000 page views this month so far.

You said in 2,863 views with 21 clicks so far, So what does that mean 6000 views of the page view, is it the whole site? and then, 2,863, is that the number of page views after clicking on the button?

Hello,

The 2,863 page views is the number of views for that week, the number of times the buttons loaded and were seen. It is the last 7 days since that is what was selected in the timeline filter in that example. The 21 clicks is the number of times the button was clicked on in that 7 days.

The 6,001 page views on the right is the number of views for the current calendar month. There is always a calendar month counter so you know if you have exceeded the view limit for your subscription or not, while the data on the left changes based on the timeline you select to view.

You say that the 6,001 page views on the right are for the current calendar month. I chose the last 30 days why are there more 12202 page views on the left than on the right? The 6000 pageviews on the right have only increased by 1100 pageviews last 30 days, but the left has increased by 9000+ pageviews.

The views on the right hand side are for the calendar month, so August 1st through the time you took the screenshot.

The view on the left is going to be the last month in time, so 30 days back from the day you took the screenshot. So, the number of views on the left (last 30 days) will include about 10 more days than the view on the right (August 1st-20th).
