iframe won't auto scroll to bottom of chat

Embedded iframe doesn't auto scroll to the most recent response from an external chatbot. Is there a js script edit I can make to enable this?

Replies are extremely slow right now, but they do eventually show up, but they are not auto scrolling to the last reply.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like in this case the chat provider would need to address this on their end. The source page itself isn't auto-scrolling, and it would need to be doing so in order for the iframe to follow suit basically. If we check the main page in a new tab for example, it isn't auto-scrolling there either:
