Discrepancy between mobile devices

I use a button group. it works as expected on desktop. On mobile the group doesnt show at all. It just shows 1 of the underlying buttons only.

I use a circle from font awesome for the group and the group consists of 2 underlying buttons: Help (font awesome: questionmark) & feedback (smiley face)

On mobile, I expect the group (circle) but I only get the questionmark (an underlying button).
On emulators (such as Chrome console) this issue doesnt show up.

Any clue what the issue can be?

Could you take a look at the missing button's settings and see if it might have a Page Rule or a Time Schedule set on it?
Might be accidentally triggering these and making not appear on the site.

If that wasn't the case, could you take a look at the device visibility of the missing button? Perhaps it's set to hide on mobile.

If that wasn't also the case, could you check if the changes might have not been published?

Is it possible for you to send us a screenshot of your button settings?
It might help us find out what's causing the issue.

I don't seem to see the second button on desktop too using Chrome.
Could you let me know where you see the group on desktop?

Do you also perhaps have a caching/minify plugin installed?

Yes, we use a large number of plugins (60+)

My guess is that it's being cached and that's why the changes is only appearing on your desktop. 🤔

Do you know which caching plugin your site is using?
And could you clear your cache and see if the changes will then appear?

I found out that the whole issue was: The button had different loadrules than the group. That caused the conflicts.
