When Buttonizer does not load, it means something goes wrong while executing javascript. We'll help you through!
📜 'JavaScript disabled' message
The User Interface (UI) of Buttonizer is build in JavaScript. When you want to use Buttonizer, you must enable javascript.
🌐 Buttonizer Admin dashboard does not load, spinner keeps spinning or you see the 'Slow internet connection' message
When you keep seeing this message or the spinner, and the page is not loading anymore, then an error appeared in our code that prevents the page from loading.
The quickest way to check out what's going wrong, is by opening the context menu (mostly right click) on your webpage, and then click Inspect elements
.
This opens a window for developers. Open the tab 'Console' and check if you see any errors appearing. Copy the text/error or make a screenshot. Then you can contact Buttonizer support so we can take a look what's going wrong.
If you're seeing an error that is about the file dashboard.js
, if you're able to click the link on the right (it could look like dashboard.js:101
), click the {}
button on the bottom-left and make a screenshot of the highlighted code. That will help us debugging the issue 🙂
