Icons do not show - only a square

I have toggled on and off Font Awesome yet my icons do not show, only a square box shows. Can you please help me.

I am looking to add the hand with heart icon, which I have selected, it just does not show/

I just checked your website, it seems to me that the icon in the button is showing on your website. Have you found a solution already?
