hello . I bought this plugin and I want to incorporate live conversation in it . Is that possible ? to have a buuton in the chat that opens a chatbox where visitors can ask questions and receive answer directly in site . I noticed that mail and whatsapp integrations send you to a different page.

I noticed that mail and whatsapp integrations send you to a different page.

On desktop the Whatsapp button links to the official WhatsApp API page, where people also are able to use the web variant of Whatsapp. On mobile devices it automatically opens the WhatsApp app, so it depend on the device you're using 🙂

Hi JMR ,

The Facebook Messenger Chat Widget is a live chat box. You will receive the messages in your Facebook Messenger and the replies will be sent to the customer.

Unfortunately, it seems that Facebook updated the widget on mobile and it now redirects the customer to their Messenger app first.

Yes, once you've set up your button, it will provide the chat box itself.

Yes. One of the requirements to make this work is for your site to be served over HTTPS, requiring SSL.
