Client is wanting a chatbot for customers to message live time and it be sent to their phone as a text message. I've set it up as an SMS button and though mobile it works great, desktop would only work if someone has their messenger set up on their desktop. Is their an action that allows a customer to type something and it be sent to client's phone without opening up another app?
