Telephone Icon Do not work

Good Afternoon.

I have made a telephone Icon for my website and when I try to dial it from my mobile, it does goes to varies number not telephone no that typed in.

My question is how can I fix it?

Could you let us know what changes in the number?
Is there perhaps some numbers or symbols removed? Or the number on click is a completely different number?
