Contact form issue with the + sign

Hello,

We created a button that opens your standard contact form, but we added a “Phone” field and used the placeholder to ask clients to include their country code.

However, when a user enters the plus sign (+) before the phone number, the form returns the following error:

“Your details appear to be incomplete or incorrect. Please review and try again.”

The Submit button then does not work.

Is there any way to allow phone numbers that include the + sign so users can enter their full international number correctly?

BTW we were testing again and even without the + sign we have trouble sending the form and keep getting "Your details appear to be incomplete or incorrect. Please review and try again." the issue seems to be on the new phone field we created cause this time it didn't even allow us to enter numbers like 12345674 all together, we left it empty and then it worked, strange no?

So in short, does this "phone" field require specific formatting or something? Is a bit confusing for users cause the warning doesn't even highligh or specify where the incorrect or missing info is

Thanks for reaching out! The phone number field requires at least ten digits, which usually means the "full" phone number based on your location (area code or country code etc included). The number as you might dial locally would not register as a "proper" phone number if it isn't at least 10 digits, so the full phone number is needed. You can customize the prompt in the phone number field to demonstrate the proper phone format to enter into the field if needed.

Oh I see, The problem was that I had removed your placeholder first and was trying random numbers out of my mind and probably shorter but when I tried with real phone numbers it worked so then I left the default placeholder you use on that field, the one that appears in your screenshot and that should be clear for clients, thanks!
