Google Business Reviews Badge/Card

mktmanu

Hi there,

I was wondering if there’s a way to display something like a badge or card showing a summary of Google Business reviews.

It would essentially work like a button. I understand this may be quite different from a regular button, but at the same time, it would still function as a floating element.

I know there are several plugins specifically designed for Google reviews, but most of them are focused on displaying individual reviews directly on pages, in widgets, or within columns.

What I’m referring to is much simpler: just a compact floating badge that shows the overall Google rating/review summary and can be clicked.

We’ve seen this implemented on other websites, and I think it would be a great feature for Buttonizer to add in the future.

Hello,

You can create a Website URL button that uses a review badge image instead of an icon that goes to a review page when clicked, is that what you were wanting to do?

I used the example you posted as the image for a quick example, the background could be trimmed out. The image option uses a link for an image rather than a file:

There's not really a way to make the image dynamic, unless you can link to an image that is dynamic. For example, if there's a review system that produces an updating picture that can be linked to you could probably use that for your image URL. Otherwise you could use this idea, but you'd need to update your review link from time to time to match your current overall review score as it changes.

Let me know if you meant something else of course, a link to an example might help as well if so.
