Buttonizer does provide the Facebook Message chat-integration by default.
I've also seen some other chat widgets working with Buttonizer, opening the widget via our custom JavaScript functionality (which gets executed on a button click).
We're also looking at Hubtalk (chat software) to be integrated by default (together with other chat software). But that's work in progress.
