From what I understand, Buttonizer isn't showing up on your site.

It seems like your site has Autoptimize installed. Autoptimize tends to confict with Buttonizer.
Perhaps excluding Buttonizer from it might help.

Add this to "Exclude scripts from Autoptimize" under Javascript Options and "Exclude CSS from Autoptimize" under CSS Options in Autoptimize:
