Same problem here with pro version:

AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /var/www/vhosts/ktmdeutsch.es/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/sticky-side-buttons/ssb-main.php on line 217', referer: https://xxxxxx.es/wp-admin/

Plugin installed successfull, the problem is in the activation in Network. Crash directly.

If I change the multisite in "false" and installed the plugin, in the reactivation of network "critical problem" and i need uninstall the plugin again

  • Hi Xoxe , thanks for letting me know and the. I'm sorry to hear that.

You might want to try the https://github.com/Freemius/freemius-fixer/ on the actual site, that's something that certainly should work. If it still doesn't work, we'll contact Freemius for you and make sure we find out what's going wrong.

Hi Xoxe , I've split your post from the other discussion. That error message doesn't seem to be from Buttonizer.

It looks like that's from another plugin called sticky side buttons. And that's not Buttonizer. Our slug is buttonizer-multifunctional-button 🙂

Are you sure it's Buttonizer that's the problem? Have you checked the PHP logs?

      Jasper Nop, is other thing:

AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Argument 1 passed to Freemius::get_api_user_scope_by_user() must be an instance of FS_User, bool given, called in /var/www/vhosts/ktmdeutsch.es/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/buttonizer-multifunctional-button-premium/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php on line 22011 and defined in /var/www/vhosts/ktmdeutsch.es/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/buttonizer-multifunctional-button-premium/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php:22025\nStack trace:\n#0 /var/www/vhosts/ktmdeutsch.es/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/buttonizer-multifunctional-button-premium/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php(22011): Freemius->get_api_user_scope_by_user(false)\n#1 /var/www/vhosts/ktmdeutsch.es/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/buttonizer-multifunctional-button-premium/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php(22050): Freemius->get_api_user_scope(false)\n#2 /var/www/vhosts/ktmdeutsch.es/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/buttonizer-multifunctional-button-premium/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php(19079): F...', referer: https://ktmdeutsch.es/wp-admin/network/update.php?action=upload-plugin

Hi Xoxe, thanks for the update! That issue is indeed related to Buttonizer.

I'm not sure if you did, but sometimes after duplicating a website or changing from domain, the settings of Freemius can get corrupt.

You're not the only one who got this issue, I've now written a knowledge base article which you can follow to fix the issue: https://community.buttonizer.pro/knowledgebase/427-freemius-troubleshooting

Let me know if this works, and which method you've used! 🙂

Jasper All done but the problem persist:

For more info, the problem appears in the activation of plugin in Network

Alternative option: Install plugin from Network, activate plugin in individual site:

"Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error."

          GET /wp-admin/plugins.php?action=error_scrape&plugin=buttonizer-multifunctional-button-premium%2Fbuttonizer.php&_wpnonce=b589236ef2 HTTP/1.0
