"jump" on slider frames

Hello,
I am using the free version of Buttonizer and I have noticed the following:

In conjunction with Pagelayer pagebuilder plugin, it is the only plugin that actually works.
Having a small slider on landing page, consisting of two slides only, with fade in / out animation, I notice that when I enable buttonizer the slides "jump" before fading, which is quite annoying, the smooth change is disrupted.
I use the plugin to open a popup contact form. Any ideas?
(I use it on a test site www.internal.com on address 88.198.21.236 , which you will have to add manualy to your hosts file to be able to access the web page, otherwise you will be directed to the proper internal.com page which does not belong to me).

Could you elaborate what you mean with this? Is this an issue or is it actually working? 😃

I've just set the records and can see what you mean. Does the stutter stop if you disable Buttonizer?

Hi Jasper,

I have done some further tests and discovered that this issue is also related to autoptimizer plugin. If I activate buttonizer first, the issue appears. If I activate autoptimizer first and then buttonizer, the issue does not appear. You can see it on my proper site https://www.revmacenter.com
(Now that I am thinking of it autoptimizer messed also a sticky bar I had configured and I had to uncheck the "aggregate css in html" to fix it. I am not a web developer, just an IT guy that decided to build his business page on his own).

Regarding Pagelayer plugin, I discovered it recently and build my page with it (free version, I only need a single page so far). It supports popups in the paid version with its own popup builder but it seems it blocks all other popus along with the ability to call a popup through a button, it only accepts links. I have tried all similar plugins but either they where blocked somehow or I couldn't configure them properly, the fact is that yours is actually the only one that performed the desired task! Well done!

Ioannis Thank you for the extra information! That's an interesting situation. Just checked your website again, it indeed the issue has been solved. I don't have any 'stuttering' in the image slider anymore.

That's awesome to hear! It's our goal to make Buttonizer a quick and an easy to integrate plugin. If you have any feedback besides the bugs, let us know! We add almost everything to our wish list and integrate most of them 🙂

I have realized that, with my limited experience, integrating buttons in a website can be very challenging, especially when it comes to opening popups through a button. I have to admit that your plugin is the best in it!

The feature I would like to ask for, is a non-floating button: the needs of my small, simple wesite are of actually two buttons, one floating and one fixed - but both must be able to open a popup. Opening popups with buttons created through wordpress block editor is quite easy but integrating these buttons with the theme used to create the page is not an easy task. If I could use your plugin to add a fixed button also, it would solve a significant problem to me.
