mobile not working

hello, i bought the pro version. i'm able to get the button to display on desktop and chrome tools when turned to mobile. I'm not able to get it on my mobile device though (i have iphone 11). I've seen it work on iphone 8+ but no smaller devices. Please help.

I've checked your website and it seems you're hosting at GoDaddy. GoDaddy has a Sucuri firewall that is getting triggered on Buttonizer and is a known issue.
