James Hi abbyconteam , We're not quite familiar with those chat options but it could work with Buttonizer if those chat options have some Javascript API functions. For example, another user managed to make a chat plugin Tawk work with Buttonizer by simply using Tawk's toggle function. Tawk_API.toggle(); He used this function to make Buttonizer open and close the chat popup of Tawk.
