siddharth Is it possible for the minimised FB Messenger button to give a notification if the company for example replies to the users previous query? so user can send a message then minimise the button and browse the website and will get a notification in the button on the corner when the company responds.
James Hi siddharth , Unfortunately, this is currently not possible on Buttonizer. Although this sounds like a great idea. 🤔 We are currently working on improving the Facebook Messenger and this might great to include into that. 😁
