Need some help or direction with a glitch issue!

I was styling my buttonizer when a loading screen overtook my page. Now I can't make it go away? Not sure if it is a wordpress, SiteGround or buttonizer issue. I have deactivated and reactivated and it still remains. Not sure how to troubleshoot this. You can see it at the start of the load in at https://bisedge.com. Also, it may have started after I deleted a page condition... but it locked up my screen with the first screen you see when the page loads. I've tried updating the plugin, also resetting and deactivating and deleting and reinstalling. Nothing is taking this glitch away..

Could you perhaps elaborate more on the glitch that's happening at the start of the load?
