Buttonizer button not showing up on Iphone

Hello a website of a customer of ours, https://www.noordcaravans.nl/ has the buttonizer plugin installed and the buttons are visible on desktop and on android devices, but recently it's not working for at least 2 iphones. We do not know why.. can you help us make it visible on those devices too?

I took a look at it on our devices and Buttonizer isn't working on any.

Your host seems to be blocking the requests to get your button data that Buttonizer makes.

You might need to contact your webhost to find out what's causing this issue.

Please let us know what's causing the issue!
