server is blocking the access to Freemius' API

on my Word press dashboard I am getting the following warning:

Oops... Your server is blocking the access to Freemius' API, which is crucial for Buttonizer - Smart Floating Action Button synchronization. Please contact your host to whitelist api.freemius.com, wp.freemius.com
Error received from the server🙁object) array( 'code' => '6', 'message' => ' Could not resolve host: api.freemius.com', 'type' => 'CurlException', )

I have contacted my hosting provider and they have replied

"We wouldn't know how these are being blocked exactly, we'd need to know the IP addresses or range being used by the API to check properly."

Could anyone tell me how to fix this?

Good question! I've contacted Freemius regarding to this issue and what would be the best solution.

I'll update you as soon they've replied to me! 🙂

Hi Matt-B , the hosting should be able to whitelist the following IP addresses that are shown here:
https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=a:api-1122186795.us-west-2.elb.amazonaws.com

The IP's are 52.40.43.31 and 52.25.7.151. Let me know if this helps.
