I applied some filters on a website and tried Social Sharing - Whatsapp

The link intended to share was
https://www.pdelect.com/product-category/air-conditioners/?query_type_coolingcapacity=or&filter_coolingcapacity=1-5ton%2C1-6-ton%2C1-9ton%2C2-2ton&query_type_brand=or&filter_brand=mitsubishielectric%2Cmitsubishiheavy

Instead what only got passed on was
https://www.pdelect.com/product-category/air-conditioners/?query_type_coolingcapacity=or

Any help please, on how to solve this ?

        Hello, I received an update yesterday, and it seems the issues has been amplified now. Whereas previously (as per this thread), it was ignoring the URL text after a certain level of parameters passed, now it completely ignores the parameters passed on to it.

        The site URL is https://pdelect.com/product-category/washers/?filter_brand=lg,samsung&query_type_brand=or&filter_kgcapacity=7kgs&query_type_kgcapacity=or

        What Buttonizer is sharing is https://pdelect.com/product-category/washers/

        Initially, it didn't share any link whatsoever, so then figured that you'd given a Body box so message could be customised (Great work), but then even after I used the [site url] parameter, it fails to pass on the whole of the link.

        You are requested to please fix this as that's the main reason I use Buttonizer.

        JFYI,

        I inserted a new button - COPY URL - that works fine, it copies the entirety of the link, along with parameters passed. Just that for a common site user, it is not ideal to copy link and then share it with someone.

        Would be much easier if the Whatsapp Share button could parse the whole link.

          Thanks for testing the new version.

          I took a look at your site at the same page and clicked on the WhatsApp button but I get the whole URL.

          I tried it on both phones and desktop using different browsers and the whole URL is there.

          Could you maybe try clearing your browser's cache and see if the results will change?
          To clear your page's cache, press CTRL+SHIFT+R.

            Sorry about that I seem to have found the issue.

            The link in Buttonizer is not updating as you are adding more filters. 🤔

            We'll fix this right away.

            Thanks for the quick update. I was killing myself with clearing WPRocket Cache, then the Redis Cache, then the Browser cache and yet didn't seem to be getting any closer to a solution.

                Just following up, if this bug was fixed and an update pushed out, as I still seem to be getting the error and the Whatsapp Share button doesn't seem to be working with Filters on.
