You make a great plugin! 🙂

I have a few problems with Messenger button.

  1. Desktop.
    Chrome works correctly, but in Firefox doesn't work.

  2. Desktop/mobile
    Messenger shows his own starting message before I click on menu button (in english "Hi! How can we help you?")

  3. Mobile
    And the biggest issue. When I open Messenger chat, I can't close it! Close button of messenger is under status bar of browser. Click everywhere to close is doesn't work too. I take a videos.



    Can you help me? 🙂

    Facebook has finally released an update. We've released Buttonizer version 2.4.1 which resolves the issue. Make sure to update to the newest version 🙂

      First of all, welcome to the Buttonizer Community! 🥳

      We are aware of the issues with the Facebook Messenger widget. Unfortunately, it seems like Facebook has changed the way how the messenger works and broke some functionality that Buttonizer was using.

      We've reached out to Facebook and hopefully they'll fix the issue. If the issue has been resolved, we'll update this topic 🙂
