BWild So I have the FB Chat integration working on Chrome and MS-Edge, but for some reason it's not working on Firefox? it is also a hit-and-miss on mobile as well. Thoughts? website is here https://africansafari.io
James Hi BWild , Firefox on default has some pretty great privacy protection that blocks tracking and social media scripts. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/trackers-and-scripts-firefox-blocks-enhanced-track#w_social-media-trackers This also blocks the customer chat script from Facebook, causing it to not work. You will need to create an exception for Facebook to make it work on Firefox.
