Facebook Custom Event Issues

Facebook custom events does not work. It recognizes the event, but doesn't fire it proberly "onclick".

Can you elaborate a bit more about what you're using? Are you using the Facebook Pixel?

Hey Jasper! Yes, i'm currently using the Pixel Caffeine plugin to implement the FB Pixel.

When trying to create the custom conversion the Pixel Helper recognizes the "Add To Cart" event that i set up, but does not fire it when clicking on the buttonizer button.

Buttonizer loads slightly later than the rest of the page. I think the event listener initializes before the Buttonizer menu is build.

Personally I do not have knowledge how the Facebook pixel works (sorry for that), do you need to set up these campaigns on the webpage itself?

In this case you may initialize those Buttonizer related scripts of the pixel after Buttonizer is initialized, this is possible via javascript and you can read more about this on the following knowledge base topic: Execute javascript after Buttonizer is initialized.
