Thank you for reaching out! I've checked the logs of our community, but couldn't find any errors/issues regarding to creating a new topic or ticket. I do know that our weberver failed requests due to a bigger amount of traffic on two days in the morning (we have a status page 🚥 showing some outages), maybe this was the reason you couldn't create a ticket?
I'm sorry to hear you didn't use Buttonizer after upgrading, do you have any feedback why this happened? Did you run into issues when using Buttonizer?
We've fully refunded and cancelled the subscription, the refund can take 5 up to 10 days, depending on your bank. No need to share any personal information 🙂
