Hey Sunangel ,
First of all, welcome to the Buttonizer Community! 🎉
Thanks for reporting these issues. We actually did not change anything, but we know that Viber has issues with their deep links for years now and eventually dropped 'official' support as they do not document them anywhere. We have already tried some fixes (but that didn't really help).
Personally I don't have Viber to test now, can you check if the following links works correctly for you if you type this in the URL of your browser:
viber://chat?number=%2B[your phone number]
Currently we are using this variant (viber://chat?number=
), but without the %2B
. Maybe this is the difference that works. If it works, we'll update the link in our next update, if not, we should hope Viber fixes it.
Regarding the Telegram option, this option should still work. We're using the official https://telegram.me/[username]
link. Can you validate the username was spelled correctly? If that's the case, can you check if the https://t.me/[username]
link works?
Let me know 🙂
Cheers,
Jasper
